La chaleur r\u00e9tr\u00e9cit le tissu du gi. Sauter des lavages apr\u00e8s l'entra\u00eenement cr\u00e9e des odeurs qui ne partent pas. Laver avec une charge incorrecte acc\u00e9l\u00e8re l'usure. Ce guide couvre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour garder votre gi propre, frais et durable pendant des ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pourquoi l'entretien de l'\u00e9quipement est plus important en Jiu-Jitsu Br\u00e9silien que d'autre sport<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le BJJ est un sport de contact. Vous \u00eates sur le tatamis pendant une heure, press\u00e9 contre vos partenaires d'entra\u00eenement, transpirant \u00e0 chaque combat. Il s'agit de respecter vos partenaires d'entra\u00eenement et de prot\u00e9ger votre investissement. Un gi bien entretenu dure des ann\u00e9es. Le s\u00e9chage en machine d'un gi, surtout sur un r\u00e9glage ti\u00e8de ou chaud, le fera r\u00e9tr\u00e9cir. Parfois de mani\u00e8re significative. Chaque s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement implique un cycle de lavage complet avant la suivante. Les bact\u00e9ries se multiplient rapidement dans les tissus organiques humides. Laisser un kimono moite dans votre sac pendant la nuit, ou pire pendant quelques jours, est la cause des odeurs tenaces et des infections cutan\u00e9es comme la teigne qui se propagent sur le tatami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prenez l'habitude t\u00f4t : le gi sort, le gi va \u00e0 la machine. Le m\u00e9tal frotte contre le tissu \u00e0 tissage perl\u00e9 pendant le cycle de lavage et acc\u00e9l\u00e8re l'usure. Avec le temps, cela effiloche le tissage et affaiblit le col.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Votre gi devrait \u00eatre lav\u00e9 seul, ou avec d'autres \u00e9quipements d'entra\u00eenement souples comme des rashguards et des shorts. C'est tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>G\u00e9rer les odeurs persistantes<\/strong>s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame avec un lavage r\u00e9gulier, le tissu de gi finit par retenir les odeurs. Ce n'est pas un probl\u00e8me d'hygi\u00e8ne, c'est juste la nature du tissu organique qui absorbe la sueur au fil de centaines de s\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque vous remarquez que l'odeur persiste m\u00eame apr\u00e8s le lavage, il est temps de tremper dans une solution enzymatique. Voici comment proc\u00e9der :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remplissez une baignoire ou un grand \u00e9vier d'eau froide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez une lessive sportive \u00e0 base d'enzymes ou un nettoyant sp\u00e9cifique aux tenues de sport \u2014 ceux-ci sont formul\u00e9s pour d\u00e9composer les compos\u00e9s organiques qui causent les odeurs au lieu de simplement les masquer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites tremper votre gi pendant 30 \u00e0 60 minutes avant de le passer dans un cycle de lavage froid normal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites-le une fois par mois ou chaque fois que vous remarquez une odeur. Cela r\u00e9initialise le tissu et prolonge consid\u00e9rablement la dur\u00e9e de vie de votre \u00e9quipement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le lavage quotidien, oubliez la lessive ordinaire et utilisez une lessive formul\u00e9e pour les v\u00eatements de sport.
